Frequently asked questions
What are the benefits of shipping with Amazon Freight?
Leverage Amazon’s supply chain capabilities to meet your shipping needs. We offer the dependability, tracking, visibility, and high performance you deserve from your shipping partner. Our network runs 24/7, with exception of December 25 and January 01, and since we're customer-obsessed, we've built technology to ensure reliability and visibility from quote to payment.
What services are available for shippers?
We provide Full Truckload & Less than Truckload services using 13.6m box trailers. We also ship FTL using curtain-sided trailers. Spot shipments are live loaded at pickup and live unloaded at your delivery destination. Additional services include load bars and straps. Our online tools allow all shippers to manage their loads on demand. We offer dedicated account managers and 24/7 customer support from our operations specialists.

Today, we do not support multi-stop shipments, ocean, personal shipments, flatbed, small parcel, residential, drayage, or offer lift gates.
Where can I ship?
