Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the “Amazon Freight & Amazon Pay Incentive Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) offered by Amazon Freight (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) to the new shippers using Amazon Freight services in the UK and EU (“the participants”). By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Period

The Promotion will commence on 21st May, at 8am BST and will end on 30th September, at 8am BST, or when the total Promotion budget of €19670 [IR1] is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this Promotion, participants must:

1. Be new to Amazon Freight and a first-time Amazon Pay user via Amazon Freight (does not need to be a brand-new Amazon Pay account).
2. Book and pay for their first Amazon Freight transaction using Amazon Pay through the Company’s website[IR2] (https://freight.amazon.co.uk or https://freight.amazon.de).

Promotion Details

1. Eligible participants will receive a 10% discount on their first order on Amazon Freight paid via Amazon Pay.
2. The Promotion applies to both Full-truckload and Less-than-truckload bookings.

Redemption and Restrictions

1. The incentive will be credited through a credit note after participants pay the invoice via Amazon Pay.
2. The participants will receive an email confirming the incentive amount.
3. Participants will receive the credit against an open invoice within the next 45 days.
4. Each participant is only eligible to receive one incentive for their first transaction during the Promotion Period.
5. The maximum incentive value per shipper is capped at £100/€100 during the Promotion Period.

General Conditions

1. If a participant cancels the booking for any qualifying load, the Company reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or, if it has already been used, to charge the participant (via the payment method used for the qualifying purchase and without further communication) an amount representing the value received under the Promotion.
2. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond the Company’s control make this unavoidable.
3. Any fraudulent or abusive activity relating to the Promotion may result in the participant being disqualified from the Promotion and any associated benefits being revoked.
