Whether you are off-Amazon using or FBA for your cargo delivery, we offer full visibility and transparency throughout the journey. Our coverage
We ship LTL and FTL cargo using 13.6m box trailers, and use curtain-sided trailers (FTL only). With the exception of the Scottish Highlands, our extensive coverage includes the entire UK. In the EU, we ship FTL between Germany (except North Sea and Baltic Sea islands), Poland, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
FTL services are available for goods shipped to any destination — including those not owned/operated by Amazon. LTL services are exclusively available for goods shipped to Amazon Fulfilment Centres (FCs).

Similar to when using Prime, as soon as you press “buy”, we take care of everything. We exchange PO/FBA information to secure you an FC delivery slot, matching you with the right trailer and keeping you updated throughout the cargo journey.
No chargebacks
Most carriers typically treat losses incurred on the road ‘consequential’ under CMR rules. When you ship with Amazon Freight, if a chargeback is incurred during delivery that we deem was within our control, we will reimburse you.
Transparency
Our spot tool is instant and includes all surcharges (fuel, booking in, currency). Unlike most large logistics firms, all pricing is fully transparent from the moment you sign up, with no hidden fees.
